Founded in 2019 by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, Omega Hospice Care Agency has been committed to providing compassionate and high-quality end-of-life care to patients and their families in Texas.
Through years of healthcare experience, our leadership witnessed families across Texas struggling to navigate serious illness without the guidance, emotional support, and coordinated care they deserved. We saw patients who needed more than treatment. They needed dignity, comfort, and peace.
Omega Hospice Care was created to meet that need.
